1. How much coffee is in each package? Each package contains 12oz. of your choice of freshly roasted whole coffee beans, or freshly ground beans.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
The packaging for each bag of coffee ordered through gratefulgrinds.com is personalized and custom printed upon order. The coffee is also a perishable good, and for these reasons, returns and exchanges are not available. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of the coffee as well as the quality of the custom packaging.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are listed in the chart below. All bulk orders of 4 items or more qualify for free shipping, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?
Your custom order will be digitally printed, packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Shipping uses USPS standard shipping. Most orders are received within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently our coffee is only available for shipping to the United States and its territories.
6. Do you ship to US military APO and FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to to US overseas military APO and FPO addresses.
7. Is there a minimum purchase requirement? There is no minimum. You can order as little as one customized bag of coffee.
8. I'm purchasing for a wedding or large event, what is the maximum order quantity? We can accommodate orders as large as 1,000 bags of coffee with customized packaging.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, it is possible your order will already be in production. Please contact us at gratefulgrinds@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Currently, our products are exclusively available online through our website.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
